At least 2 males regularly (3x in June) along wires along A30 by Hill Farm Garage and another on B3420 to N. Taken with birds towards Leckford and on Barton Stacey-Newton Stacey road, this suggests at least 8 singing males between Barton Stacey and Test valley N of Stockbridge.

Flock on weedy field. 10 birds including 4 singing mm on fields S of road on 17.5. Very common bird in the area. SU425414.

Minimal count, superb weedy field with good flock of Corn Buntings too. On 15.5 had 30+ Stock Doves on similar weedy field on N side, possibly the same birds. SU425408.

Flock on large stubble field immediately S of road. Wary and impossible to count accurately, there could have been 25+. I couldn't believe it and flushed them 3x to be certain of ID. Superb weedy field with lots of other stuff. SU425408.
